The room was well-equipped and included a balcony and a little table. Everyone was very knowledgeable and the breakfast was sumptuous and varied. It had lovely location minutes from San Michele di Pagana. Thanks to a very good service I had a real good stay.

Breakfast could be improved, for example bread, cheese, fruit was of rather low quality

The reception staff were very friendly and always helpful and accommodating. Our room, which had a balcony, was lovely and sunny and had fantastic views of the sea, a beautiful church and Rapallo. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent - a 10minute walk to neighbouring Santa Margherita and the 1 km walk to Rapallo Centre has beautiful views of the three San Michele di Pagana beaches. A bus-stop is located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was also most enjoyable. The hotel provides free internet access which was very welcome to keep in touch with family at home.
The bathroom was very small as was the shower. The mattress could have been softer. Part of the walk to Santa Margherita was nerve- racking, particularly at night, as there is no pavement on either side of the road.

The hotel is well-maintained. the staff is hospitable. - Unbeatable location right on the seafront. - Adjacent to Rapallo, the marina, restaurants, and places to swim. - Very good customer care. - Onsite parking available.

It's a very clean & stylish hotel. The service and people in the hotel are extremely good. Location is convenient ( exactly in the middle of S.margherita ligure and Rapallo).
The bed is a bit too hard.....

Very good location (between Rappalo and SML), nice and friendly stuff, 24 hours help and advice.
The location is good, but the road that joins SML and Rappalo is a little bit scary! Fortunately the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Great location, stunning views, excellent staff, comfortable beds, good value for money, nearby beaches and restaurants.
Nothing at all.

Stylish designed room which is very clean, friendly staffs. We stayed for 1 week and enjoyed Cinque Terre by train, Santa margherita ligure by walk, Portfino by boat, and Genova and Milano by car.

Room was quite confortable but there was No frigde In the room and you need to get your cold drinks from the reception. Rooms are cleaned ones in two days and they explain it just as we are a 3 star hotel but it was still quite clean.
Breakfast was poor. Do not believe in the photos if you really get happy with rich breakfast. In Italy I would rather have good cheese there was only one option and tomato and olives.

The hotel is conveniently located near a church and offers easy access to the rocky beach of San Michele de Pagana. the expensive taxis in the area make transportation difficult. Luckily, the hotel is also close to the ferries which offers an alternative way of exploring the town. the room is modern and clean with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. the staff is very friendly and helpful, providing great service to the guests every day. the breakfast is filling and delicious, offering a wide variety of food and drinks.
The bathroom was a bit small and cramped, with a shower cubicle that might not be suitable for taller guests.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff always had a smile and were very efficient. Simple cool decor and spacious sunny rooms, very well cleaned. Lovely balcony views.
Location is somewhat noisy with traffic noise from the nearby busy main road.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
